Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns for Defective Products

At BabyRoomz, we take pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our baby furniture. If you receive a defective or damaged product, we want to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 48 hours from the time of delivery (or in-store pickup) to report any defects in workmanship or materials.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Report a Defect:

  • Contact us immediately at info@babyroomz.co.za or call +27 63 763 8170 to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of the issue.

Resolution Options:

  • We may offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the nature of the defect.
  • If a replacement is required, it will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and inspected.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a confirmed defect or fault on our part, BabyRoomz will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer mishandling or incorrect use, the customer will be responsible for both the return and replacement shipping fees.

3. Refund Process

Once we have inspected the returned product and confirmed the defect:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed, depending on the circumstances.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change-of-mind purchases (we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that are no longer wanted).
  • Products that have been used, assembled, or modified after delivery.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.

5. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately.
  • If production has not started, we may allow cancellation with a full refund.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
