    BabyRoomz is an online store and physical showroom selling high-quality baby furniture and related items in South Africa. Our product range includes, but is not limited to:
  • Baby Bath Cabinets
  • Baby Cots & Crib Sets
  • Dressers & Storage
  • Toddler Beds & Furniture

All BabyRoomz products are manufactured in our facility and assembled by hand, ensuring the highest quality and craftsmanship. Arctech designs

BabyRoomz.co.za is operated, owned, and managed by Arktech Designs (Pty) Ltd, a private company with its principal place of business at 1 Laker Street Unit 2, Helderberg Industrial, Strand.

Purchases made from this site or in-store are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By browsing or shopping on this site, or by making an in-store purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and any other policies displayed on our website.

  1. TERMS OF USE OF THE BABYROOMZ WEBSITE
  • The BabyRoomz website, including all content and materials, may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from BabyRoomz.
  • Any unauthorized use of the website or its content is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws.
  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY IN TERMS OF SITE CONTENT
  • All information and materials on this site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. BabyRoomz, its affiliates, and anyone involved in creating, producing, or distributing content on this site (collectively called “Providers”) assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
  • The Providers do not warrant or represent the safety, reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the content. The Providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss, lost revenue, or lost profit) resulting from the use or inability to use this site or its contents, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

    We reserve the right to:
    4.1. Modify or Withdraw the Website: We may, at any time, modify or withdraw (temporarily or permanently) the BabyRoomz website (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications or withdrawals.
    4.2. Amend These Conditions: We may change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the website—or acceptance of our terms during an in-store purchase—after any changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any such change, you must stop using the website immediately and refrain from making purchases.
    4.3. Maintain the Website: We will use reasonable endeavors to keep the website operational. You understand that the site may change periodically, and we shall not be liable for any temporary inability to access the site due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE).

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND MANUFACTURING
  • Stock Levels: BabyRoomz products are typically held in stock. However, if an item is temporarily out of stock, we will manufacture it on demand.
  • No Guarantee of Immediate Delivery: While we strive to ensure product availability, we cannot guarantee immediate delivery if an item requires production. If an item is not available after an order has been placed (online or in-store), we will notify you promptly. You may opt to:
    1. Wait for the item to be manufactured, or
    2. Cancel the order for a full refund.
  1. DELIVERY POLICY
  • Nationwide Delivery: We deliver nationwide within South Africa. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the size and weight of the product.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges will be presented at checkout for online sales or quoted in-store. If you reside in a remote or outlying area, additional delivery charges may apply. Should the delivery cost change, we will inform you so you may either pay the difference or cancel your order for a full refund.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to make alternative delivery arrangements. Any additional shipping fees may be for your account depending on the cause of the return.
  • Order Processing: For online orders, processing begins once full payment reflects in our bank account. For in-store purchases, processing begins upon receipt of payment (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing).
  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
  • Returns for Defects: You have 48 hours from the time of delivery (or from in-store pickup) to report any defects in workmanship or materials. If your item is defective, please contact us immediately at info@babyroomz.co.za or call +27 63 763 8170 to arrange a return or exchange.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in the condition they were received.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: Responsibility for shipping costs on returns will be determined based on the reason for return. Please coordinate directly with our customer service team before sending any items back.
  • Refunds: Once we have inspected the returned product and confirmed the defect, we will process a full or partial refund (depending on the circumstances) or arrange for a replacement.

Note: We do not currently offer returns for unwanted or change-of-mind purchases. Returns are only accepted if items are defective.

  1. PRICING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
  • Prices: All advertised prices on BabyRoomz include VAT (where applicable).
  • Accuracy: We strive to provide accurate information regarding product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, typographical and pricing errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and update product information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
  • Order Cancellation: In the event of an incorrect price or misleading product information, BabyRoomz reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders. If payment has already been made, we will issue you a full refund.
  1. PAYMENT OPTIONS
    BabyRoomz offers the following payment methods for your convenience:
  • EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer): Our banking details will be provided during checkout or in-store. Orders will only be processed and shipped once the funds have cleared in our bank account.
  • Credit/Debit Card via Payfast: Our secure payment gateway supports most major credit and debit cards.

Please note that we do not accept checks. For inventory or product availability inquiries, kindly contact us before making payment.
